As the Conference Chair, Isaac Mowoe was involved in the planning and running of the Conference in an international manner. The Conference & Communiqué Committee of UHS, which he chairs, is the nerve centre of the Conference organization of Urhobo Historical Society. At the Closing Ceremony, Isaac Mowoe supervised the award to three individuals who have helped Urhobo Historical Society to grow.
